Reconciliation:

Dear Parents,

First Reconciliation for the second graders will be Thursday, November 30th at 7:00 p.m. in the church. We are looking forward to this special night! You and your child need to be in the church and seated by 6:45 p.m.  The students need to wear nice appropriate clothing (no jeans or shorts) for this special celebration.

Please remember that Reconciliation is a Sacrament and it should be very quiet in the church while the students are waiting to go to confession.  Please speak to your child about this before the First Reconciliation Service. We want them to have a wonderful, respectful and prayerful evening.

God Bless,

Mrs.  Rovegno

SMC Adopt-A-Family Program
  • Middle School: Each child in Homeroom (grades 5-8th) will be getting a slip indicating an item needed for your classroom’s Adopt-A-Family family. The paper will include the individuals name, age and item in need that your child is responsible to shop for over the next few weeks. All gifts are due back (wrapped, with a post-it note with the recipient’s name and description of item enclosed) to the Homeroom teacher by December 8. This will allow us time to audit and deliver the gifts to the families. Please only put a gift label with the recipient’s name and leave the from spot blank. Gifts will be due Dec. 8. Any questions, please contact Tessa Hambleton at thambleton6@gmail.com or Melissa Pridmore at melissa@mmterryfdn.org.
  • Family & Groups: And a huge thank you for all the families and groups that adopted a family this year! All gifts are due Dec. 8th. To help us with the audit process, it would greatly help us if you wrapped each gift, with a post-it note with the recipient’s name and description of item enclosed. Please only put a gift label with the recipient’s name and leave the ‘from’ spot blank. Any questions, please contact Tessa Hambleton at thambleton6@gmail.com or Melissa Pridmore at melissa@mmterryfdn.org.
